Shipping

All orders are shipped on specified couriers (USPS, UPS, etc…) on the tracking information you will receive after making a purchase. Tracking information will include timelines, expected delivery date and tracking number. Transit times are estimates and are provided by the couriers.

Shipping cost are calculated at check out based on weight and destination. International shipping cost does not include other fees like import duties, which the customer has to pay when package arrives at country of destination and other related fees.

All orders are shipped out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If these days fall on a holiday, it will be shipped the following day or if it is a weekend, the next Monday.

After an item has been shipped with confirmed tracking information, we are not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged packages. If this happens, please contact the courier directly. To insure purchased items are received, we highly recommend using a safe and secure shipping address.
